- The Role: *Are you a visionary marketing professional with a passion for driving revenue growth and elevating brand awareness? We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our strategic marketing initiatives, focusing on revenue generation and brand positioning. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing, and overseeing marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives. You must be driven by the numbers and have the ability to clearly demonstrate to management how marketing is directly impacting sales.
- Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify market requirements, customer preferences, and competitor landscapes.
- Utilize insights from market research to create and maintain effective marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for both new and existing products, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.

- Collaborate with teams, including creative designers and suppliers, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, training, and avenues for professional growth.
- What We're Looking For: *
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in developing marketing for a 10M+ business
- Proven track record of senior-level marketing experience with demonstrated management success.
- Expertise in developing, implementing, and refining marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Strong background in customer and market research, translating insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in various marketing techniques and concepts, along with exceptional project management skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present at executive levels.
- Knowledge of budget management, financial reporting, and pricing strategies.
- Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with regulations such as advertising and marketing laws, trademarks and patents etc.
- Expertise in website design and creation, leveraging digital platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
