The Role This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our great team in our Truganina Warehouse. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's overall supply chain to maximize stockturns, maximize DIFOT, reduce COGS & reduce SLOBS. You will create a measurable framework of KPIs for key and strategic suppliers, so you'll bring a sound understanding of the risk management process and strong knowledge of supplier relationship management. In addition, play a crucial role in developing and maintaining good relationships with our vendors.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy and S&OP that achieves the KPIs
- Supplier reporting - Monthly
- Manage inventory forecast & demand planning - Monthly
- Manage inventory range & depth with analysis on product lifecycle, supply/demand trends & at-risk product groups
- Lead Sales and Operations Planning meeting - Monthly
- Manage Purchasing Budget and communicate to team - Monthly
- Monitor & Control Purchasing Activities. Make decisions regarding expedition of product -daily
- Set-up and coordinate regular meetings with key suppliers - According to meeting structure
- Monitor and control supplier price rises - as required
- Negotiate better rates for products and inbound freight & shipping - as required
- Determine key supply chain KPIs
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Train and evaluate others. Provide constructive feedback
- Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors

**What we are looking for**:

- Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Manager
- Math skills combined with strong analytical and statistical capabilities to understand supply and demand issues.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to use data to track orders and shipments, sales trends, demand and any weaknesses and inefficiencies
- Understanding of technology — including knowledge of the company ERP and Inventory control and planning system
- Soft skills to negotiate and build relationships with suppliers, customers, and team members
- Attention to detail to understand the business and the environment in which it operates
