**About the role**

Our client is seeking a motivated and collaborative individual to provide administrative support to their tight-knit team. The ideal individual will have great interpersonal skills and will be keen to learn and develop their knowledge. Supporting senior Administrators within the business, the successful applicant will be accustomed to a fast paced and dynamic environment where they will be expected to support a large team with various ad hoc duties as required. You must be immediately available.

**Responsibilities**

Playing a key support role within the business your role will be varied and include but not be limited to:

- Updating and maintaining internal databases
- Sorting and correcting purchase orders
- Formatting documents
- Writing internal documents
- Ordering stationary and office supplies
- Responding to queries from fellow employees and clients
- Extensive administrative support
- Set up rooms for meetings/functions
- Ad hoc duties as required

**Skills / Experience**
- Computer literate to intermediate level including ( MS office suite & internet)
- Excellent telephone manner, communication skills and customer service
- Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
- Discretion in relation to confidential information
- proactive, flexible approach to completion of work, good oral communication skills, including the ability to provide effective and appropriate advice and information to a variety of people and to use discretion with confidential information.
- Good written communication skills
- Strong organization and administrative skills, including an ability to priortise workloads, meet deadlines and manage a varied workload, in a busy professional environment.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgment
