Full time work (38 hrs per week)
Monday to Friday
Salary $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 plus 11.5 % superannuation

**Responsibilities**:
- Sub-contractor and supplier engagement, management and coordination, reporting on variations and manage updates to work orders.
- Managing and responding to inquiries, resolving problems concerning the introduction of new or updated programs and staff affected.
- Liaising with department managers, training organizations, professionals, owners, and staff to ensure that goals are met with the introduction of new programs.
- Accurate and timely data entry of supplier/sub-contractor invoices into system.
- Provision of advice to senior management on issues requiring attention and implementing decisions.
- Co-ordinating all elements of the programs and overseeing of work by staff implementing changes to programs.
- Keeping track of project data in the system and ensuring that the projects are finished on time, within the allocated budget, and to the required standards.
- Preparing reports on actual project results, compare them to what was anticipated, and also fill the gap it needed.
- Share the project’s outcome and problems with the team, leaders, owners, and others to make sure the objectives are met.
- Routine monitor of the projects.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to propose a strategy.
**Duties**:
- Develop a program evaluation framework to assess the strengths of the individual programs and to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop forms and records to document program activities.
- Ensure that the program activities comply with all relevant legislation and professional standard.
- Organise and schedule regular meetings with managers and staff involved in the programs.
- Prepare and distribute Agendas, schedules of meetings, and minutes of meetings
- Liaise with other managers to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the program
- Write reports on the programs for management.
- Ensure that the programs operate within the approved budget.
- Ensure that all financial records for programs are up to date.
- Report evaluation findings to the Director and recommend changes to enhance programs.
**Skills & Experience**
**Minimum qualification**: AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO SKill Level 2 ).
At least **3 years of relevant work experience** in project or program administration.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
