**About us**
Access Aged Care is a revolutionary service working in partnership with Aged Care Facilities to deliver improved healthcare outcomes. We offer this service to elderly residents of aged care homes to assist in managing their healthcare needs.
This role will be your opportunity to join a company that is really making a difference in the lives of elderly residents.
Reporting to the administration team leader in a team of 14 you will be well supported and will be provided with full training. This role is permanent full-time and is situated in Dingley.
In this role your primary focus will be around scheduling and customer service but will also include but not limited to:
- Data Entry
- Customer Service
- Stakeholder management both internal and external including family members, clinicians, GP’s and Geriatrician’s
- General Administration tasks
To be successful in this role you will possess administration experience, preferably within a medical and/or aged care space.
