**Student Administration Officer (Enrolments Officer)**:
**Contract**:Full-time, ongoing

**Salary Level**:$78,904 to $86,796 plus 17% super and great benefits

**About your next role**:
We are seeking a motivated Student Administration Officer with VET/Higher Education industry experience to join our Student Services Team.

This is an exciting and rewarding position for someone who is passionate and committed to administrative excellence and who holds proven experience leading the end to end student lifecycle.

On a typical day, you might provide advice to students on their options regarding course deferrals at our Student Hub, organise orientation intakes, complete compliance checks, monitor student attendance, send bulk communications and administer our student management system. This is only a taste of what the role has to offer where each day will present new experiences and connections with our students.

**Your background and experience**:
You have strong attention to detail and thrive working in a fast-paced environment. Ideally you will also have:

- Previous experience in end to end student lifecycle management in the VET or higher education industry (essential; minimum 2 years)
- Knowledge of faculty regulations and policies relating to student administration functions and University services
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and problem solve challenging situations
- Substantial experience administering a student management system
- Ability to prioritise and work efficiently and accurately in times of high pressure
- Ability to exercise discretion and empathy with customer needs
- Proven ability to provide quality service in a client-oriented environment
