As a not-for-profit company, we have helped more than 450,000 students from all walks of life study with 20+ top Australian universities.
- 12 month fixed-term contract
- Immediate start
- Hybrid working

Administration tasks including (but not limited to):

- Processing all queries and requests from students, university providers and external organisations
- Managing and assign cases in the team’s queue
- Managing enrolments as requested by University providers
- Generating required reports
- Conducting training sessions for internal stakeholders

Financial tasks including (but not limited to):

- Processing Direct Deposit payments, student refunds and processing non-standard payment methods

**What you'll bring to this role**:

- Diploma in business administration or relevant experience in administration
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to manage workloads in a fast-paced working environment
- Proven decision making & problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility of working hours to cover peak business periods
- Ability to work in a team
