**About the Role
Are you a customer focused administrator who enjoys engaging with the community? Are you interested in working for a values-based not-for-profit that positively impacts the education of children? If this sounds like you, then our Customer Service & Enrolments Officer could be just what you’ve been looking for.

The role is between 24-30 hours per week (negotiable) and we’re flexible with you working each day of the week (reduced hours) or just three days per week.

**About You**

You’ll be a ‘people person’ who is comfortable interacting with a diverse range of customers and stakeholders. You’ll no doubt have strong administration skills and be committed to providing high-level customer service whilst adopting a continuous improvement approach to your work. Your background may within the education sector, but could also be from other industries as well.

We’re also looking for:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adopt a respectful and inclusive communication style
- Ability to navigate and understand the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Law and National Regulations and our compliance obligations
- Knowledge and experience across the MS Office suite
- Ability to work as part of a team (immediate team and with others across the organisation) and is a role model for engaging and collaborating with families and colleagues
