We operate differently than the average digital agency. We provide our clients with the option of working on a revenue share basis where they pay us per sale.
We then split the money we make from partnering with the client to our staff as commissions on top of their base salary.
Although we have an office in the heart of the city (Southbank), we also offer our staff the choice to work autonomously from their homes.
Multiply Digital is in a phase of rapid growth due to the unique way we offer digital marketing, and right now, we’re looking for a gifted individual to join our team as a Performance Manager.
Ideally, we’re after someone who is a lead-gen social ads guru, has all the technical skills required and preferably five years of experience running social ad campaigns.

**Want to know what you’ll be doing day-to-day?**
Look, in very simple terms you’ll be managing the marketing strategy, funnels, user experience and ad accounts for lead gen campaigns like high-ticket services and consultants. In charge of what happens and when on the account, with help from the team to implement different aspects of the delivery. You know the schtick. You’ve been at it for long enough.
**Why would you?**
- We’re a venture capital & performance-based digital agency, we work with clients on revenue share deals when the product or service is exciting enough for us. This means that when a campaign is performing well, we’re being paid much more than the average agency. However, if it’s not performing well - then the opposite is true. So we’re driven to perform.
- Do you prefer to work in an agency or prefer to work client side? Within our revenue partnerships, our staff actually do both with some working as the marketing manager for our larger clients for part of the month and speed the other half working on clients within our agency.
