Knowledge and Process Improvement Lead

Our client has a fantastic opportunity for a smart, switched-on individual to join the team in the role of Knowledge & Process Improvement Specialist.
Your role will be to work with a broad range of business groups as well as the audit team to create, define and document business procedures and policies that support efficiencies and process improvement. Your focus will be on creating engaging learning content for business users at all levels of the organisation.
This challenging and diverse position can impact and improve all individuals, divisions and business units, providing a rewarding and interesting role.
Do you have:
- 5 years + experience in a similar role (Knowledge Management, Instructional Designer, Business Process Analyst)
- Experience working with processes across a variety of functional areas including Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT/ERP and Finance
- Strong skills in business process improvement
- Strong skills in change management
- Experience designing and developing knowledge sharing frameworks and engaging training material
- Exceptional documentation/technical writing skills and ideally a certification in documentation methodologies such as Information Mapping
- Experience with Six Sigma
- Exceptional communication, collaboration and stakeholder relationship skills
- The ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at a time.
