An exciting full-time opportunity is available for a Service Coordinator to join a dynamic team based in Melbourne. This role offers the chance to contribute to a fast-paced environment, coordinating service operations and supporting field teams to deliver high-quality maintenance and repair services.

This is a great opportunity to be part of a growing, national integrated facilities Management, Asset Management and Construction business.

The scheduler will support our friendly and hard-working service technical team, who are busy managing a mix of fire safety repair and maintenance works across Melbourne and regional Victoria.

A primary focus of this role will be coordinating fire servicing activities for schools throughout north-eastern and north-western Victoria.

**Overview of role**

The role will provide administrative support to the team by scheduling works and maintaining compliance standards and documentation.

This role reports to the Victorian Service Manger, the scope of duties will involve:

- Scheduling Jobs
- Supporting weekly Toolbox meetings
- Coordinating technicians
- Reviewing paperwork
- Communicating with clients
- Data entry into uptick
- Attending client and subcontractor meetings
- Inventory ordering for jobs
- Monitoring of stock levels

**About you**
- Previous experience in a similar role, either supporting a construction or facilities management company
- Good attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills
- The ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and effectively
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding of fire safety and compliance is highly advantageous
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems

**Requirements**:

- WWC check (or willing to obtain)
- Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Full Australian Driver's Licence
