**About the Role**
We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate **Support Worker** to join our team. You’ll provide tailored care to a lovely client living with dementia/Alzheimer’s. This casual role offers:

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver person-centred care to clients with diverse needs.
- Work collaboratively and communicate effectively as part of a close-knit team.
- Travel within the North Metro Area as required.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the field (experience in dementia/Alzheimer’s care is highly regarded).
- Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent).
- NDIS Worker Screening and current National Police Check.
- First Aid Certification and Manual Handling Training.
- Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
- A valid Driver’s Licence.
- Australian Citizenship or appropriate working Visa.
