Enaeline Support Services is currently seeking reliable disability support workers to work with individuals across the Perth metropolitan. With a variety of shifts ranging from 4 to 40 hours each week, we have both permanent and casual work available in most suburbs. If you are looking for a lifestyle role, please read on.

As a support worker you will possess a combination of values, skills and experience working with individuals who need as little or as much support as they chose. Guided by the individual, you will be very flexible, adaptable, calm under pressure and innovative in managing some of the expectations of the role. In general, the day to day responsibilities may include:

- sharing someone's life through engaging them in activities aligned with their goals and aspirations
- domestic assistance, such as house cleaning, shopping, laundry, bill paying or performing errands
- personal care, such as help with dressing, eating, showering, toileting, or moving around the house
- assisting with transport to attend appointments and other related activities
- helping the individual develop skills such as making a budget, taking public transport, using assistive technology, or preparing meals
- assisting the individual to participate in social outings, recreational activities and community events
- providing companionship, conversation and emotional support
- proof of identification
- proof of working rights
- qualifications and or evidence of experience
- an NDIS worker screening clearance
- completion of NDIS worker orientation and supporting effective communication modules
- infection control online training for COVID-19
- current vaccinations for COVID-19 and annual flu shot

Ability to commute/relocate:

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
