**You will be working with the second largest governing body for schools globally supporting the Long Service Leave Department. This is an exciting full-time temporary opportunity with a view to longer-term work and a magnitude of opportunity with this business.**

Due to growth this leading not for profit education organisation, based in East Richmond, have an opportunity for a proactive and hardworking finance administrator to join their busy Long Service Leave team. The role requires someone who has excellent attention to detail.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Calculating and processing long service leave payments
- Respond to enquiries from schools regarding reimbursements and terminations
- Monitor the Long Service Leave database and provide liability and exception reports
- Update staff service records for Long Service Leave taken and terminations
- Ensure data is entered correctly
- Provide support and ensure sound financial management

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- TechOne experience desirable
- The ability to think logically and understand financial policies
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- A positive and proactive attitude towards work.
