Forestway Fresh is an award-winning, family-owned independent premium food store located in Terrey Hills. With 20 years of experience, we’ve built a reputation for high quality, fresh produce and a wide selection of groceries and food products. We also offer an in-house tasting deck, cafe and playground for our customers.

**The Role**

Due to our continued success, we’re now searching for our first Marketing Manager to join the team. In this newly created role, you will be an integral part of the management team and tasked with development and execution of practical marketing strategies to further drive growth and brand awareness.

A typical day may involve:

- Developing your marketing and communication strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and conversion.
- Creating and managing the marketing calendar.
- Drive the execution of marketing initiatives from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Develop creative briefs and provide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Provide customer and market insights to inform best practice, whilst working with our internal resources to generate more qualified leads.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, regularly sharing learnings with the wider business, clearly outlining actionable insights to optimise and improve future campaigns or activity.
- Managing our social media accounts, ensuring we curate engaging content that drives engagement. Collaborating closely with content creators to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging.
- Managing the Forestway Fresh website, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring updates and web content for products, promotions & brands, and ensuring all content is optimised for SEO.

To be successful, we believe you will need:

- Proven experience in designing and executing a broad range of marketing strategies, ideally within retail, FMCG or a relevant SME.
- Demonstrated hands-on skills across digital and traditional channels.
- Strong creative and problem solving skills, with a commercial focus and pragmatic approach to identifying opportunities and defining solutions.
- High level of comfort using data to inform decision making, measure impact and optimisation.
- Effective communication skills and a high EQ, enabling you to build effective relationships across our team.
- Strong project management, time management, and prioritisation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a varied role with a broad range of responsibilities.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field is preferred but not essential.
