We provide immersive technology solutions to Education, Government, Defence and Enterprise. Our focus is on the use of technology to disrupt the traditional classroom, through immersive reality learning, artificial intelligence driven object recognition, and extended reality training simulations.

Reporting to our Chief Technology Officer, we are seeking a dynamic UX/UI Designer to develop intuitive user UX/UI for a suite of new and exciting digital products related to immersive technology across the organisation.

Joining Lumination, an immersive technology leader with a consistent record of client success, you’ll receive extensive ongoing training to ensure you become a technical expert of all things Lumination.

**A day on the job will see you**:

- Play a key role in the design and development of digital products across the organisation
- Prepare and conduct usability testing to evaluate products to ensure features are valuable and usable
- Conduct A/B testing and research to refine and improve usability for our customers
- Take ownership for the UX and UI delivery of product features
- Communicate across teams to produce a customer experience that is on-brand, to a high standard and addresses customer’s needs and pain points
- Be involved in the entire lifecycle of the product, and have your insight applied to the development of the software
- Guiding other members of the team when required to ensure the end product is aligned to the vision and is of highest quality
- Strive to combine your creativity with design to deliver intuitive and user-friendly solutions

**To impress us you’ll need to be**
- Degree qualified in a related field (UX/UI Design, Software Development)
- Well experienced as a UX/UI Designer or similar role
- Highly proficient in design software and collaborations tools (Figma, Adobe)
- Display outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present your ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Sound knowledge of design principles and usability testing methodologies
