**The Opportunity**

As Strategic Procurement Analyst, you’ll assist and support the Strategic Procurement team in delivering procurement and third-party related services to our stakeholders to deliver procurement insights, support contract negotiations, and enhance supplier relationships. With a focus on data analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement, you’ll play a key role in embedding strategic procurement practices and supporting business objectives.

This role supports end-to-end procurement initiatives, from analytics and reporting to supplier engagement and contract management and would suit a commercially minded analyst with strong data and stakeholder skills.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Deliver commercial and financial analysis to support sourcing strategies and decision-making
- Build and maintain dashboards, procurement reports, and performance analytics
- Support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle including tender processes and vendor selection
- Assist in contract development, implementation, and lifecycle management
- Maintain accurate supplier and contract records across procurement systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to understand and meet procurement needs
- Contribute to risk mitigation through supplier performance tracking and reporting
- Conduct spend analysis and identify savings or value-add opportunities across categories
- Benchmark procurement performance and lead market intelligence research
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement tools, policies, and processes

**About You**:

- Degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Supply Chain or a related discipline
- Experience in procurement, data analysis, or commercial support
- Strong analytical and Excel skills; Power BI or similar tools preferable
- Familiarity with procurement platforms (e.g. Coupa, Ariba) desirable
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and organisational skills
- Curious, proactive, and outcomes-focused with attention to detail
- Passion for delivering value, managing supplier risk, and supporting business strategy
