With operations across six continents, they are focused on creating value through responsible mining and restoration practices. This role sits within a project team, with a high profile initiative aimed at restoring a former mining site in the Northern Territory. The procurement team is expanding due to increased scope and workload, offering a rare opportunity to join a collaborative and well regarded function.

Job Description

As Procurement Analyst, you'll support a team of four specialists across a broad range of procurement activities. This is a great opportunity for someone more entry level in procurement, looking to upskill.

Key responsibilities include:

- Auditing and maintaining procurement systems and SharePoint documentation

- Supporting payment claim reviews

- Assisting with tender packs, evaluations, and approval documentation

There's strong potential to grow your skills and gain exposure to end to end procurement processes. You'll be working with a genuinely supportive and experienced group of specialists who value collaboration, humour, and autonomy. The hiring manager is known for her empowering leadership style & gives her team space to thrive and always credits their work.

The Successful Applicant

- Is a strong cultural fit, collaborative, proactive, and adaptable

- Bonus if you have experience in the industry or related fields
