Job Description

As Procurement Analyst, you'll support a team of four specialists across a broad range of procurement activities. This is a great opportunity for someone more entry level in procurement, looking to upskill.

Key responsibilities include:

- Auditing and maintaining procurement systems and SharePoint documentation

- Supporting payment claim reviews

- Assisting with tender packs, evaluations, and approval documentation

- Taking ownership of low risk procurement packages under guidance

- Ensuring compliance with governance and documentation standards

You’ll be working in a manual heavy environment outside of the core systems, which means your admin skills and attention to detail will be highly valued. There's strong potential to grow your skills and gain exposure to end to end procurement processes. You'll be working with a genuinely supportive and experienced group of specialists who value collaboration, humour, and autonomy. The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who:

- Looking at or has recently started a career in procurement or a related discipline

- Brings strong admin skills and commercial acumen

- Is eager to learn and grow across the procurement life cycle

- Has good stakeholder engagement and developing analytical skills

- Is a strong cultural fit, collaborative, proactive, and adaptable

- Bonus if you have experience in the industry or related fields
