About the role

As an internal recruitment consultant, you will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent within our organization. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Your passion for people and commitment to our mission will drive your success in this role.

Some of the functions of the role include:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to source talent.
- Develop position descriptions and advertisements
- Conduct reference checks and coordinate pre-employment background checks as needed.
- Collaborate with HR to onboard new hires and facilitate a smooth transition and assist the team with tasks as required from time to time.

About you

You will have:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Commerce/Business, or related field.
- At least 2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably within the not-for-profit sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with recruitment and HRIS platforms, including ELMO, LiveHire and use of LinkedIn recruiter
- A team player with the ability to work autonomously and on numerous projects at once

How to apply

The remuneration for the role will be $80,000-$85,000 per annum depending on experience.
