This exceptional opportunity is unique and challenging, offering a talented finance professional the chance to work alongside the Group Controller to support developing a best practice function in a fast-paced business with strong leadership. As a complex and substantial organisation, they are positioning themselves for future success by embracing innovation and leveraging technology.
Reporting to the Group Controller, the role will:

- Have a mandate to support the development of the corporate reporting and technical accounting function
- Back fill the GFC role managing financial and statutory reporting
- Ensure best practice reporting and consistency with relevant local and international accounting standards
- Have regular interaction with senior management including the Group CFO and external stakeholders
- Managing the implementation of an accounting policy framework

This role requires a strong technical background gained in chartered accounting or a large corporate coupled with Group Reporting skills from respected corporates. Exposure to a complex organisation is preferred. Strong experience managing projects would be ideal. This role will provide an excellent platform for potential long-term progression.
