**About the Role**

As Group Financial Reporting Manager, this role will oversee financial accounting, statutory reporting, tax compliance and internal control.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will have broad ranging responsibility for managing the month end reporting, statutory year-end reporting, and managing the external audit process. This role will also ensure the broader business is well trained and engaged to operate within the Risk and Controls framework and policies of the organisation.

**Overarchingly, your responsibilities will include;**
- Month, Quarter, and Year-end financial reporting and analysis
- Year-end Statutory Reporting
- External Audit
- Overseeing taxation activity including Transfer pricing
- Creating, improving and monitoring Internal Controls
- Future ERP upgrades

**About you**:
- CA/CPA qualified
- Significant experience within a Big 4 or Group Finance exposure within a corporate
- Strong technical understanding of Australian and International accounting standards
- Strong understanding of multi-currency consolidation principles, with experience in preparing consolidated financial statements
- High level of transfer pricing tax knowledge would be a plus
- Exposure to working in small teams, driving engagement, supporting change management initiatives, and promoting of safety, accountability, and a passion for excellence.
