**Hybrid and flexible working, health & wellbeing programs**: - **Collaborative culture with a genuine commitment to sustainability**: - **Permanent Contract role with learn and grow opportunities** **Customer Service Officer - Independent's Team| Kew** **A bit about the role...** We're currently on the lookout for a dedicated **Customer Service Officer** to join our amazing **Wholesale Customer Service team** This role sits in our **independents (indies) team**which provides support to our independent & mini major customers across Australia and NZ (think Baby Bunting, Amazon, Lowes) You will manage a specific portfolio of channels and act in an **account management** capacity to ensure all orders are not only input correctly, but managed and delivered within the designated delivery window.
