We are a leading Australian online commercial refrigeration and catering equipment company.

We supply commercial refrigeration to all segments of the market via e commerce shops and deliver Australia wide.

**Role**:Sales Representative for our online and phone customers

**Location**: Melbourne

**Hours**: Full Time 38 Hrs per week

**Hybrid Working Arrangement**: 2 days in our office at Kew, Melbourne and 3 days from home office.

**Salary**:Above award wages starting at $62,000.00 based on a performance target with additional monthly sales commission bonuses.

**About the Role**:
You will be part of a small team who help customers find the best products/solutions to meet their needs. We work with several top brands of refrigeration, fridges, freezers and catering equipment. Your role is to use your expert knowledge/experience and advise customers on the best deals and solutions available to meet their refrigeration / catering needs.
- Work simultaneously over the three online e commerce shops
- Managing, negotiating and closing sales with customers.
- Liaising with freight companies and suppliers on delivery timelines
- Meeting customers from time to time at the office
- Compiling customer and supplier invoices
- Supporting customers through the end
- to -end sales process and provide after sales assistance.
- Assist in facilitating finance options for customers
- Conduct regular research to maintain knowledge on market trends and pricing
- Producing CRM weekly report
- Deliver agreed sales targets KPI’s
- Contribute to developing new ideas for sales growth and online presence
- Looking after and expand our social network platforms
- Completing our mail outs via Mail chimp

**Experience / Qualifications**

Minimum of two years sales experience,
- Knowledge of refrigeration or catering equipment would be helpful.
- Ability to use Microsoft Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms
- Ability to complete digital paperwork and maintain MI records
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with online platforms for example Magento
- Social media platform experience (Facebook and Instagram )
- Be self-driven and have a proactive approach
- Commitment to providing high standards of customer servic
