Global Retailer looking for a Permanent Procurement Category Manager, located in South Sydney

**Your new company**
This global retailer requires a Procurement Category Manager to join their team at a great rate of pay. This job is located in South Sydney.

**Your new role**
In your new position, you will be involved in the Supply strategy of the business. You will build a high-performing supplier base (both existing and new), in line with the business Category plan, compliance and sustainability. You will drive cost-savings, whilst maintaining better products and service. You will lead your specific team. You will develop and execute Category Business plans. You will build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role, you will understand the business model and the Category Business plan. You will have strong industry and market knowledge and knowledge of key business stakeholders. You will have strong collaboration and team-work skills and you will have a passion to lead and motivate others.

**What you'll get in return**
In return you will get a permanent Procurement Category Manager role. You will be based in Southern Sydney, with working from home flexibility.
