About the Role:
We are seeking a Commercial Development Manager to manage and grow our network of Premier Dealers. As the Commercial Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, revenue, and market share for Solatube Australia Skylights in the commercial sector. You will work closely with our Premier Dealers to identify and pursue new business opportunities and build long-term relationships.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the commercial sector
- Manage and grow the network of Premier Dealers, providing them with the support and resources they need to succeed
- Identify new business opportunities and work with Premier Dealers to pursue them
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the commercial sector, including Architects, builders, and contractors
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns targeted at the commercial sector
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify threats and opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the construction or building materials industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as required, the ability to read drawings and do take off’s.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
