Venues NSW is a commerically focused agency of the NSW Government, encompassing the Sydney Cricket Ground and Allianz Stadium as well as major sporting and cultural stadiums and precincts in Sydney, Olympic Park, Parramatta, Newcastle and Wollongong. The network of stadiums and entertainment centres host in excess of 5 million people a year at more than 500 events and is a key contributor to the economy.

Venues NSW takes an intergrated approach to our stadia and entertainment centres by developing partnerships with sporting codes, the entertainment and event industry, audiences, local businesses, NSW Government agencies and community groups. Our network throughout NSW allows us to combine internal resources and harness a vast employee skillset all of which helps us deliver key projects and secure outstanding content.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Venues NSW is a commercially focused agency of the NSW Government. We collaborate closely with Destination NSW, major sporting codes and promoters to excite and entertain the people of NSW with a rich and varied calendar of major events. This role is based at the Moore Park headquarters of Venues NSW.

Reporting to the General Manager - Commercial, this role will have direct responsibility for the management of the VNSW Rental portfolio and tenancies, ensuring VNSW commitments are delivered, and tenancies are fully occupied and paid up in full. You will strive to increase yield and maximise revenue across the portfolio.

ABOUT YOU
As a successful Commercial Partnerships Manager - Property, you will demonstrate previous success in stakeholder management, client advocacy and commercialisation. With strong collaboration with partners and clients, this role will champion the execution of planning and delivery through a strong level of organisation, communication and commercial mindset.
- Promote a high-performance culture of cross functional collaboration and accountability
- Demonstrated ability to implement innovative initiatives to support the exceptional delivery of world class commercial programs.
