We are currently looking for a Service Coordinator to join our Fire Protection team. The role is based from our Salisbury office and is the organizational hub of our field service team in regional and South East Queensland

**Key Responsibilities**:
In this role your main areas of responsibility will be;
- Directly coordinating and planning the daily activities and work of all Field Service Technicians maximizing efficiency of their runs.
- Scheduling daily and in advance all work to technicians and additional equipment for standard service activities

Aside from being highly organized and someone that is able to think on their feet, to be successful you will need:

- Previous experience working in a similar role with strong focus on scheduling and planning
- Demonstrated communication skills when dealing with customers and field staff
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel.
- Proactive and energetic attitude
- The ability to problem solve, identify and improve existing processes and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and development
- Self motivation and the ability to work independently and autonomously.
