With an exceptionally friendly and supportive team culture this is an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Legal Assistant to become an integral member of the Construction team in this highly regarded and growing CBD Law Firm

Assisting a Partner and two Lawyers you'll enjoy a "hands on" role as well as the opportunity to use your initiative in a busy and varied role.

**Some of your responsibilities will include, but not limited to;**
- preparation and collation of documents
- liaising with clients and assisting with enquiries
- drafting general correspondence
- file management, opening and closing files
- general administrative tasks

**Skills and experience we'd love...**

Previous experience as a Legal Assistant in a law firm is essential as is a "can do" attitude, a client service approach and a willingness to learn. You will also have;
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- well developed organisational skills
- intermediate skills in MS Office
- strong attention to detail
