- Develop strong client relationships with senior level clients.

- A passion for Australian immigration
- Solicitor or Registered Migration Agent
- Sound understanding of immigration legislation, and a desire to learn more.
- Proven technical ability over a broad range of immigration matters and visa subclasses, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment, including supervising the work of immigration consultants.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to balance priorities, meet deadlines and manage time.
