Broker Consultant

**About the Role**
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Broker Consultant to join our Retail Banking division. In this role, you will manage a national portfolio of mass market Brokers for ME and all accredited brokers for Virgin Money (VMA) and BOQ. Your primary responsibility will be to support lending enquiries and identify retention opportunities from brokers.

You will educate, inform, and influence brokers to place and retain their customers with our group over competitors. This role requires a strategic sales approach and strong influencing skills to grow and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers and aggregators.
**About you**

You are a strong communicator with a professional approach and the ability to think outside the box when faced with challenges. You have over three years of relationship management experience, preferably within the mortgage industry, and experience within a third-party sales environment. You are technically sound in credit assessment, lending principles, and the lending process. You are resilient, articulate, and have a strong ability to utilize CRM systems effectively.
