Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Brisbane, QLD, for a Principal Solicitor. The Principal Solicitor will be responsible for overseeing legal matters, providing legal advice, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include handling conveyancing, labor and employment law issues, commercial real estate transactions, and family law cases. The Principal Solicitor will also be involved in client consultations and developing legal strategies to meet clients' needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Law, including Conveyancing
  • Knowledge in Labor and Employment Law
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate
  • Skills in Family Law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
  • Admission to practice law in Australia
