**Salary: upto 110K AUD annually (based on experience)**

**PURPOSE OF POSITION**:
As a Migration Team Leader, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of a migration team. The role is both challenging and rewarding since you will manage demanding workloads and competing priorities while maintaining high levels of client service and professional integrity.

**DUTIES OF POSITION**:
Under direct supervision of the Operations Manager:

- Managing a team of migration agents and the processing team.
- Conduct business development meetings with a consultative approach to complete the sale and lock in the client.
- Manage and drive the team to achieve company targets.
- Complete case management with regular updates to clients
- Liaise with the Department of Home Affairs, Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT), Skill Assessing Authorities, and all other relevant authorities to monitor progress and seek further information regarding the case.
- Propose, seek approval, and implement strategies favoring overall company growth.
- Business acumen with an operational mindset would be the backbone of the role.
- Reporting to the Operations Manager is required on a day-to-day basis

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
