Our client is a leading provider of innovative electrical engineering solutions for the Oil/Gas, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), Mining, Minerals, and Metals (MMM), and Transportation sectors. They specialize in medium voltage (MV) systems, switchgear, and protection systems, offering cutting-edge technologies that ensure reliable and efficient power distribution in critical infrastructures.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented National Sales Manager to join our client's dynamic team. As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client accounts, and expanding our client's market presence within the Oil/Gas, FMCG, MMM, and Transportation sectors. Your primary focus will be on MV (Medium Voltage), switchgear, and protection systems.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive market penetration within the designated sectors.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities by building strong relationships with prospective clients, including major oil and gas companies, FMCG corporations, MMM corporations, and transportation authorities.
- Manage and nurture key client accounts, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product development and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and project management, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to the executive team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and standards related to MV, switchgear, and protection systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a trade certificate in a relevant field.
- Proven track record of at least 10 years in sales leadership roles within the electrical engineering industry, specifically focused on MV, switchgear, or protection systems.
- Extensive experience in selling to the Oil/Gas, FMCG, MMM, and Transportation sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of MV (Medium Voltage), switchgear, and protection systems, including relevant technical specifications and industry standards.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry conferences and trade shows.
