**What will you do?**:
Your duties and responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives for products and services.
- Managing and growing customer relationships, ensuring a high level of customer experience, satisfaction and loyalty.
- Leading and mentoring a diverse team including regional, key account, national and area managers.
- Collaborating with the Toro Australia leadership team to drive business growth and achieve company goals.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Interstate and overseas travel is a requirement of the role.

**What do you need?**:

- Proven experience in a senior sales management role with Distribution - Wholesale and Direct (min 10 years)
- Strong focus and success in relationship-building, both with customers and internal staff.
- Excellent people management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage a diverse portfolio of products nationally.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Current Passport and Driver License.
