Due to its continued success and growth, Grande Experiences are looking for a HR Manager to join the team to act as a trusted partner to the business and will focus on developing and executing the HR strategy. In particular, the HR Manager will work through talent acquisition, employee relations, organisational development and employee engagement.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the HR Manager will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing the HR strategy across the organisation. This will include partnering with management on workforce planning, organisational development, talent management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Attracting top talent to the business through efficient recruitment processes. You will work across the full end-to-end recruitment process from advertising to interviewing and onboarding.
- Working through any Employee Relations cases, providing advice and guidance in line with relevant employment legislation and work to resolve any conflicts present across the business.
- Establishing performance management frameworks and managing the performance management process with leaders. You will provide feedback to employees and develop a process to improve performance.
- Partnering with management to carry out annual reviews and develop attractive reward and recognition programs for high-performing employees.
- Using Employment Hero to ensure that all employee records are maintained and up to date.
To be successful within the role you will bring:
- Bachelor’s qualification in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working within the HR field, ideally within a small to medium, founder-led business.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively influence.
- Sound employment law and legislation knowledge.
- Ability to support and coach managers across the entire employee life cycle. This includes ; employee relations, performance management and change management.
