**The Fresh Collective Brisbane** is looking for a passionate and experienced **Head Bartender** to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your skills to a diverse range of high-profile functions and events at some of Brisbane’s most stunning venues, including:

- ** Waters Edge at Portside Wharf**:

- ** Riverlife at Kangaroo Point**:

- ** Queensland Museum Kurilpa in East Brisbane**

As a **Functions & Events Head Bartender**, you'll ensure that all bar-related services are executed to a high standard—from setup and team leadership to stock control and pack down.

**The Role**
- Work a variety of functions and events: cocktail parties, pop-up bars, dinners, and corporate functions
- Oversee bar setup and breakdown, including stock management
- Prepare and serve a range of beverages: beer, wine, spirits, and simple cocktails
- Ensure all bar operations comply with RSA regulations
- ** 20 hours per week**:

- Casual award rates**:Level 4**

**About You**
- At least **1 year of bartending experience**; functions and events experience is highly regarded
- Comfortable working in **fast-paced, high-end hospitality environments**:

- Friendly and professional with strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Valid **QLD RSA** certification
- ** Full working rights** in Australia
- Passionate about hospitality and creating top-tier guest experiences
