Due to continued growth in our events portfolio, **The Fresh Collective Brisbane** is seeking experienced **Casual Function & Event** Supervisor** to join our dynamic service team. This role offers the chance to work across our iconic Brisbane venues—**Waters Edge at Portside Wharf**, **Riverlife at Kangaroo Point**, and **Queensland Museum Kurilpa** in East Brisbane—delivering a diverse range of functions and events.

**No two days are the same**

**The Role**
- Lead and manage events across multiple spaces
- Deliver outstanding client experiences across cocktail parties, conferences, and sit-down dinners
- Oversee all service aspects from setup to pack down
- Supervise a team of skilled waitstaff and bartenders
- Act as the primary client liaison throughout the event
- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless service
- Maintain high standards of communication and professionalism

**What we're Looking For**
- 6-12 months previous experience as a Head Waiter or **Venue Supervisor**:

- ** Must have previous function experience**, ideally in high-end or large-scale events
- Background in 5-star hospitality preferred
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Passion for creating memorable event experiences

**You’ll also bring**:

- Strong knowledge and enthusiasm for food and beverage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid RSA certification
- RMLV certification desired
