**Job Description**:
This is your opportunity to join our Food and Beverage team as a Bar Team Leader on a Full-time basis at Pullman Brisbane Airport for Apron Restaurant & Bar. We are seeking a driven and motivated individual with a passion for driving and delivering superior customer service and taking ownership of bar operation. You are coming from a strong hospitality background fostered around bar and customer service.

**Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Take ownership of the bar area to ensure memorable guest experiences.
- Preparing, mixing and serving cocktails, wine, beer, cider and soft drinks.
- Maximize sales opportunities by upselling items.
- Ensure accuracy whilst ordering and delivering food and beverage orders.
- Cleaning and maintaining the bar area.
- Maintain a constant focus on providing excellent, memorable guest experiences.
- Bar training and development of F&B attendants
- Stock control and stock ordering

**Qualifications**:
**What we are looking for**:

- Have at least 1 years of experience as a Bartender.
- Passion for the hospitality industry.
- Have a “can do” attitude and a friendly demeanour.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including late finishes, weekends and public holidays.
- Strong knowledge of Wines, food and beverage service and products
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification (mandatory)
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance
