**About the role**

The
**Personal Loan Specialist** is the first point of contact for our customers who are considering a personal loan with Great Southern Bank. You help our customers by providing information on the Great Southern Bank personal loan products, understand their needs and what’s important to them to provide them a tailored solution and seamless customer experience.
- Conducting personal loan conversations and provide regular progress updates to the customer during the varying loan stages.

**What you need to bring**
- Experience in a banking or financial services role, in a consumer lending or similar customer centric role
- Be able to show a thorough understanding of relevant legislation, compliance, and operations
- Passionate about helping customers and delivering the best service experience in the market
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to continual development of your professional skills and knowledge
- Flexible to work full time hours between 8am-8pm (with 1 late shift and 1 Saturday per month worked from home)
