We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Lending Specialist to join our team at Loan Path Finance. As a Senior Lending Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting our clients with their mortgage needs and helping them achieve their homeownership dreams. Key Responsibilities

  • Loan Strategy & Origination – Assess client financial situations, structure tailored mortgage solutions, and oversee high-value applications.
  • Documentation Oversight – Ensure accuracy of financial documents, review applications, and support junior staff with compliance.
  • Market & Product Expertise – Stay ahead of mortgage products, interest rates, and lending policies to identify opportunities.
  • Client Advisory & Relationship Management – Act as a trusted advisor, delivering expert insights and nurturing long-term client and referral relationships.
  • Compliance & Risk Management – Maintain strict adherence to regulations, proactively manage risks, and uphold best practices.
  • Leadership & Collaboration – Mentor junior Lending Specialists and collaborate with teams, lenders, and partners for successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Extensive Experience – Proven success as a Senior Lending Specialist, Loan Writer, or similar role managing complex mortgage applications.
  • Advanced Knowledge – Deep understanding of mortgage products, loan programs, interest rate movements, and lending guidelines.
  • Leadership – Ability to guide and inspire junior team members while fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Exceptional Communication – Strong verbal and written skills to simplify complex financial concepts and build lasting relationships.
  • Analytical Precision – High-level financial analysis with meticulous attention to documentation accuracy.
  • Time & Priority Management – Ability to manage multiple high-value applications under tight deadlines.
  • Professional Integrity – Strong ethics, sound judgment, and a client-first approach in every interaction.
