- Six-month fixed term contract commencing in January 2025
- Hybrid work from home and our Queensland HO (Brisbane or Toowoomba)
- Be supported by a team as you deliver an ambitious payroll integration project
**What you'll be doing in this role**:
It's an exciting time to join our People & Culture team at People First Bank As we create a new bank, we are offering a unique project role for an Aurion SME to successfully migrate two payrolls onto a single payroll system.
Your key projects will be:
- Moving half our workforce from Christ21 to Aurion
- Integrating our Oracle HRIS with Aurion
- Completing the transition of our workforce to Kronos
**About you**:
You thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment while maintaining exceptional organization and prioritization skills. You have a proactive "can-do" attitude using your strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to find efficient solutions. Your keen attention to detail ensures accuracy in every task.
We also seek:
- Payroll project experience
- Advanced level of experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Extensive experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud and Aurion
- Demonstrated understanding of relevant legislation and awards
