**About the role**
Reporting to the HR Operations Manager, the ANZ Payroll function operates out of the CTM Head Office in Brisbane. The Payroll Lead supports payroll processing for approximately 1000 employees and growing to ensure our employees are paid in a timely, accurate and legally compliant manner. The ANZ Payroll function is part of the ANZ HR Team providing a great employee experience to the employees at CTM.

The Payroll Lead role is responsible for working with the ANZ Payroll Team and wider ANZ HR Team to ensure timely and accurate, confidential processing of the end-to-end payroll function. The role is required to liaise with all employees, the wider HR Team and the Finance Teams regarding payroll queries. You will also be responsible for the administration tasks and reconciliation of the business credit card and staff reimbursement claims via our Concur system.

**Skills & Experience**
- 3-5 years experience in payroll administration for a workforce of 900+
- ADP Payforce or other relevant payroll systems experience (required)
- Certificate 111 in Business or relevant qualification (desired, studies towards or a keen interest in developing your skills)
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Attention to detail and accurate data entry
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentially on information at all times
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment but also work autonomously
- Intermediate computer literacy skills with Microsoft Office including Excel
- An ability to meet and exceed tight deadlines as required
