**Your Impact**

Lead the strategic design, development, implementation and continuous improvement of early intervention, injury management, return to work and claims/case management programs in this newly created role.

**Key responsibilities**

***

Reporting to the General Manager, Safety & Wellbeing, the role will provide leadership and business partnership advice, guidance and support to all business stakeholders across the Oceania region, in addition to managing two direct reports.
- Strategic design, development, implementation and continuous improvement of:

- Workers Compensation broker, policy and insurer claims management arrangements
- Injury management and early intervention frameworks and associated programs
- Return to work frameworks and associated programs.
- Framework and tools development to support the personal injury management process and the link to ongoing employment arrangements

**About You**
- Diploma or degree qualifications in OHS, Rehabilitation or related discipline
- Experience in a related Injury Management/RTW role at a Group or National level
