We are currently looking for a NOC Team Leader who will lead and build our afterhours NOC team.

**About the role **

As a NOC Team Leader, your key responsibilities include leading a team of NOC engineers, ensuring smooth network operations, and delivering excellent customer service. You are accountable for developing and maintaining the team's enterprise network administration and troubleshooting skills, aligned with client-specific products and technologies. Collaboration with other teams and preserving technical knowledge are crucial for maximizing efficiency and providing optimal client support.

**What will you do?**- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of NOC engineers.- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide support and feedback to team members.- Troubleshoot network incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to processes and achieving client service levels.- Coordinate with other teams and third parties to resolve network incidents promptly.- Improve first-level resolution and reduce escalations.- Maintain accurate records of incidents, service requests, and network changes.- Collaborate with project engineers for network upgrades and enhancements.- Monitor network performance, identify issues, and take proactive measures to prevent disruptions.- Generate reports to assess network health and compliance.- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to monitor network security.- Act as an escalation point of contact for inquiries, incidents, and service requests.- Communicate professionally and provide timely updates to stakeholders.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during major incidents or upgrades.- Creating high quality knowledge base articles

**Who You Are**- Mentoring, coaching, and supervising experience.- Proficiency in BGP, EIGRP, VRF, MPLS, RADIUS, carrier interconnect methodologies, and peering.- Minimum 1-year hands-on experience with Cisco/Fortinet/Viptela/Meraki Networking in an ITIL service provider/Telco Company.- Familiarity with troubleshooting and fault-isolation techniques, with exceptional diagnostic and resolution skills.- Experience in providing successful customer service and solutions remotely.- Experience in Delivering enterprise-grade managed services in an ITIL-aligned environment.- Current CCNA/CCNP certification is required- Advantageous to have NSE 1-4 certification.- ITIL Foundation or Awareness training.- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.-
