Job Description
About the Role
We have multiple opportunities for experienced Team Leaders to join our fantastic team at our Smeaton Grange site (AM and PM shifts). These positions are ongoing. In this role, you will lead by example and provide positive and effective leadership to teams to help exceed production targets. Valuable skills and operational knowledge within the FMCG industry will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities
Desired Skills and Experience

  • Supervise teams of Process Workers and Machine Operators
  • Motivate and mentor teams to encourage positive morale and high productivity
  • Maintain a strong focus on working safely and adhere to food hygiene rules
  • Work in a cold room environment (between 2oC and 6oC)

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experience within FMCG, as a team leader
  • Ability to think on your feet and outside the box
  • Hands on approach to achieving KPI's
  • High accuracy rate and excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient computer and organisational skills
  • Experience driving and promoting process changes
  • Team supervision of up to 10 people
