Our Certificate IV in Community Services program is growing, and we’re looking for a dedicated Trainer & Assessor to support learners on their journey. You’ll play a key role in helping students succeed - guiding them through course content, running weekly live Q&A sessions, providing 1:1 support, assessing their work, and sharing your industry expertise to keep our learning materials relevant and engaging.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Facilitate weekly live online Q&A/support sessions.
- Provide 1:1 learner support as requested.
- Respond to student queries through the LMS messaging system.
- Mark assessments and provide timely, constructive feedback.
- Participate in validation activities as required.

**Qualifications** About you**:
You’re a dedicated educator with a passion for the community services sector and a commitment to supporting students in their learning journey. You’re confident using online platforms, highly organised, and skilled at providing clear, encouraging feedback.

**To be considered, you will have**:

- Current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent (TAE40110 with required upgrades, or TAE Diploma).
- Relevant vocational qualification in Community Services _(minimum Certificate IV required, Diploma or higher preferred)_ with current industry currency relevant to the units delivered and assessed.
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant industry experience.
- Evidence of current industry currency and registration with relevant industry associations/peak bodies (as applicable).
- Experience delivering and assessing competency-based training (online delivery experience desirable).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and a learner-focused approach.
