Aged Care Training Services employs industry professionals who are passionate about producing quality outcomes for the Victorian Community Services sector. We specialise in the delivery of quality training to our students and continue to maintain and grow industry relationships.

We are looking for a qualified trainer and assessor to join our team, who is passionate about the quality of care and engagement provided to the elderly and who wants to utilise their passion by guiding and preparing students as they embark on their careers in the industry.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide quality virtual training, clinical practice demonstrations and workplace assessment, and ongoing support to our students

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Facilitation of training, guided by the program TAS and schedule
- Conduct and assess students in placement facilities
- Monitor, support and report on student progress
- Timely submission of paperwork and reporting
- Follow company policies and procedures

**Position Requirements**:

- Hold the TAE40116 in Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- Hold the CHC33015 or CHC43015 or CHC43415 qualification as a minimum
- Current and up-to-date industry experience
- Be able to demonstrate up-to-date professional development
- A current Police Check and Working with Children's Check
- Permanent residency / Australia citizenship
- Be vaccinated for the Flu and COVID
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Organisational and Administration skills

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
