- **CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/Disability)**:

- **CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support**:

- **CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care**:

- **CHC50125 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver and assess training in accordance with Penfold College’s Training and Assessment Strategies (TAS) and relevant training package requirements
- Ensure assessment practices meet the principles of assessment and rules of evidence
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate training and assessment records
- Support students throughout their learning journey, providing constructive feedback and academic guidance
- Participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement activities
- Maintain professional currency through industry engagement and professional development
- Comply with all Penfold College policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks

**Essential Requirements**
- **TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment** (or **TAE40122** or its successor, or equivalent credential)
- Relevant vocational qualifications at least to the level being delivered and assessed
- Demonstrated current **industry experience** relevant to the qualification area
- Sound understanding of the **2025 Standards for RTOs**:

- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Desirable Criteria**
- Experience developing and reviewing training and assessment materials
- Experience delivering to both domestic and CRICOS student cohorts
- Proficiency in the use of **Learning Management Systems (LMS)** and online learning platforms
- Evidence of professional development and industry engagement within the past 12 months
