- Trainer to deliver CHC43115 Certificate IV in Disability
- Assist with Work Placement visits & assessment
- Casual Position

**Full Job Description**
We are seeking a Trainer/Assessor to deliver CHC43115 Certificate IV in Disability up to 3 days per week, with an immediate start. This person will be energetic and passionate about training and have the industry knowledge and experience to support their training delivery.

**Key Performance Criteria**:

- Professional, presentable and reliable
- Deliver quality training in line with quality outcomes
- Facilitate class, group or individual training across a range of learning styles
- Valid drivers license & reliable car required for off-site assessment
- The ability to meet deadlines and reporting
- Knowledge of Vocational Education and compliance requirements

**Selection Criteria**:

- Suitable industry related vocational qualification with relevant experience
- Current Training and Assessment experience
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110)
- upgraded (TAE40116)
- Current Police Check & Working with Children's Check (or equivalent)
- Contactable references
