**The Role**
We are recruiting for a versatile and enthusiastic sales and service administrator to support our sales, service and production teams. This is a very varied role and would suit someone who has an outgoing personality and loves dealing with customers along with a strong interest in technology.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will provide operational support to our Australia wide service, sales and production team. This might include providing technical support, producing sales proposals, and configuring products for dispatch.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
You will likely be involved in the following activities:

- Customer engagement relating to sales and support requirements;
- Production of sales proposals;
- Processing of sales orders;
- Product programming and configuration;
- Dispatch of sales orders:

- Processing of incoming good and repairs;
- Customer invoicing;
- Assistance with inventory management including stocktake activities;
- Support of the Production, Service and Sales Manager as required;
- Marketing support and administration;
- Social media research; and
- Maintenance of the organisations document database.

You like technology, know your way around computers and software, and likely fix all your families and friends phones and computers.

You might be tertiary qualified in marketing, communications, engineering, architecture, accounting or management, but attitude and aptitude are more important to us that qualifications.

You are likely to be in the early stages of your career, and might not know where you are headed, so are looking for an employer who can provide a broad range of activities and opportunities as you look for your path.

You will have:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent written skills, including spelling and grammar;
- Ability to work unsupervised, displaying a high level of initiative;
- Multi-tasking ability as part of several teams, managing deadlines and objectives;
- Commitment to excellent customer service;
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills including familiarity with Teams; and
- Highly proficient computer skills.

Experience with other software such as Xero, Unleashed, SimPro, GeoOps and Hubspot would be an advantage, but not essential.
